In this self-care workshop, you will learn how to nourish your body and soul through Ayurveda, yoga and self-care. These practices will help you to stay in balance this Summer and with every change in season.
Ayurveda is the science of yoga and how you take care of yourself from the outside in and inside out. We will discuss the topic of Ayurveda along with what to eat for your body type and which nourishing foods and spices you can incorporate into your cooking.
Learn how to practice for the season we’re in as well as transitioning from one season to the next. We will practice a series of yoga postures and discuss how they affect the energies in your body and nervous system. As well as discover a handful of self-care practices to incorporate into your daily routine in the morning and/or evening.
