Rest, Relax and Restore - Returning this Fall!

Learn how to unwind, relax and restore your body, mind and spirit through the practice of restorative yoga. Nikki will guide you through a slow, meditative practice concentrating on pranayama (breath work) and a few asanas (postures). Use your breath to stay in a meditative state as you transition from one posture to another and melt into each pose with an open heart and peaceful mind.

Restorative yoga:
